I build brands that resonate and campaigns that have meaningful impact.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, execution and creativity. Whether developing integrated email programs, auditing digital ecosystems, strengthening advertiser partnerships, or leading high-performing teams, I approach every initiative with equal parts data, creativity, and disciplined follow-through.
At Neal R. Gross & Co., I built and managed a full end-to-end email marketing program, developing a year-long content strategy and execution schedule that strengthened direct customer communication and achieved a 20 percent open rate. I also audited the company’s digital platforms, designed a structured content calendar to improve brand alignment, and developed a streamlined rate sheet that enhanced clarity and consistency in client communications. Beyond strategy, I executed design and campaign assets across digital and print to elevate engagement and message cohesion.
At Swimming World Magazine, I conducted market analysis to identify and cultivate new advertiser partnerships, that expanded revenue and audience growth opportunities. I strengthened advertiser relationships and optimized social media content to increase engagement and reinforce brand presence across platforms.
These roles sharpened my ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes. I understand that effective marketing is not just about visibility. It is about alignment, clarity, performance metrics, and stakeholder trust.
Outside of professional environments, I serve as a Division I Water Polo Team Captain at Villanova University. Balancing 20 plus hours per week of training, competition, and travel while maintaining academic excellence has strengthened my discipline, resilience, and performance under pressure. As captain, I lead an 20 athlete roster, facilitate communication between players and coaching staff, spearhead strategy discussions, and mentor underclassmen to foster accountability and cohesion.
Leadership, to me, means elevating standards while strengthening the people around you.
Academically, I am a Communications major with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising and a Business minor, maintaining a 3.9 major GPA. My coursework and practical experience have reinforced my strength in stakeholder communications, brand positioning, digital strategy, and data-informed decision making.
I thrive in dynamic, performance-driven environments where strategy and execution must coexist. I am motivated by measurable growth, clear communication, and building systems that scale.
Above all, I am driven by impact. Impact on brands, impact on teams, and impact on outcomes.
